platform based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, dedicated to delivering trans-
formative autonomous agentic solutions. These Terms of Service govern
your access to and use of our services, forming a binding agreement be-
tween you and Waveinity AI. By accessing or utilizing our services, you ac-
cept these terms, so please read them thoroughly.


Acceptance of Terms

Using Waveinity AI services requires your agreement to these Terms of Ser-
vice, effective from your first use or registration in Hyderabad. We may
update these terms from time to time, notifying you via email or through
our platform, and continued use signifies acceptance of any changes. If you
disagree, please discontinue use of our services.

Eligibility

Access to Waveinity AI services is limited to individuals aged 18 or older,
or the legal age of majority in Telangana, India, with the capacity to enter a
binding contract. You confirm you have the authority to agree to these terms
on behalf of any entity you represent. We reserve the right to suspend or
terminate access for non-compliance at our discretion.

Account Registration and Security

Registration for an account requires accurate, complete information, such
as your name, email, and any additional details requested, reflecting your
location in Hyderabad. You are responsible for safeguarding your account
credentials and all activities under your account, promptly notifying us of
any unauthorized access. Sharing account details with others is strictly pro-
hibited.

Services and License

Waveinity AI provides a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable
license to use our services for your business or personal purposes in Hy-
derabad, subject to these terms. This license prohibits reverse engineering
modification, or distribution of our services to protect our intellectual prop-
erty. We may modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice where
possible.

Payment and Billing

Services may incur fees based on a subscription or usage model, outlined
during registration or purchase from our Hyderabad base. You agree to pro-
vide valid payment details and authorize Waveinity AI to charge applica-
ble fees, with automatic renewal unless canceled before the billing cycle.
Payment disputes must be raised within 30 days, or charges are deemed
accepted.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials, including agentic workflows and MLOps
frameworks developed in Hyderabad, remain the property of Waveinity AI
or our licensors. You retain ownership of your data input, granting us a
license to process it for service delivery and enhancement, in compliance
with Indian privacy laws.

Data Privacy and Security

Your data is processed per our Privacy Policy, accessible on our website,
detailing collection, usage, and protection measures tailored to Hyderabad
users. We employ industry-leading security protocols to protect your infor-
mation, notifying you of breaches as required under the Information Tech-
nology Act, 2000. You are accountable for data accuracy and regulatory
compliance.

Limitations of Liability

Waveinity AI offers services on an ”as is” basis, disclaiming warranties of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose to the extent permitted
by Indian law. Our liability is capped at the amount paid by you in the prior
12 months, excluding indirect or consequential damages, aligning with local
legal standards.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ written notice, or
immediately for material breach, applicable to users in Hyderabad. Upon
termination, your access will end, and we will delete your data per our re-
tention policy, unless retention is mandated by Indian law.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Telangana, India, with
disputes resolved through arbitration in Hyderabad under the Arbitration
and Conciliation Act, 1996. This governing law applies irrespective of conflict
of law principles.

General Provisions

These terms represent the entire agreement, superseding prior understand-
ings, and may not be assigned without our consent, applicable to all users in
Hyderabad. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms remain
