We provide a leading custom software AI-as-a-Service (AISaaS) platform dedicated to delivering transformative autonomous agentic solutions.These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our services and form a binding legal agreement between you and Waveinity AI LLC. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Your use of Waveinity AI services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms of Service. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the services.




Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and you must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are using the services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.




Account Registration and Security

To use certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You may not share your account credentials with others.




Services and License

Waveinity AI LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our services for your personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not reverse engineer, modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works of the services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services with reasonable notice where feasible.




Payment and Billing

Certain services may require payment of fees on a subscription or usage basis. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle. All payment disputes must be raised within 30 days of the charge.




Intellectual Property

All content, software, platforms, agentic workflows, and related materials provided by Waveinity AI LLC remain the exclusive property of Waveinity AI LLC or its licensors. You retain ownership of your input data and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and improve our services with that data.




Data Privacy and Security

Your data is collected, used, and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information and will notify you of any data breaches to the extent required by applicable law.




Limitations of Liability

Our services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waveinity AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.




Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days’ written notice. We may also terminate or suspend your access immediately for material breach. Upon termination, your right to use the services ends, and we will delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy unless retention is required by law.



Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.



General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Waveinity AI LLC and supersede all prior understandings. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder of the Terms shall remain in full force.
